Dalene Groom
Dalene travelled the world as a cabin attendant for some years while also studying psychology, business management and marketing.
"During this time I became aware of a desire to develop and manage my own business. This desire was aimless until I came across the concept of pottery not only as a creative outlet, but as a therapeutic and educational tool."
Having emigrated to Australia from South Africa in 2001, Dalene realised the unique business opportunity offered by the Franchise model to small businesses such as Possum Potters. At the very heart of the Possum Potters approach is the central premise of the Franchise model, to create and perfect successful business systems which is then operated by meticulously trained people.
